How do I get paid for ticket sales?+

Open Settings → Payouts, choose your method (Bank, PayPal or Wise) and currency (NGN, CAD or USD), then save. Payouts auto-release after the event clears the dispute window.

Can I change my event after publishing?+

Yes. Title, description, cover, schedule and tiers stay editable. Buyers are notified automatically when a material change is made (date, venue, refund policy).

What fees does Eventlad charge?+

Free events are free. Paid tickets are 2.9% + $0.30 per ticket. There are no monthly fees, no setup fees, and no charge until a paid ticket sells.

How do refunds work?+

Refund a single ticket from the Attendees screen, or refund a whole order from Tickets → Orders. Funds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Is my data safe?+

Yes. Every table is protected by row-level security, payouts are audited and you can export your full dataset at any time from Settings → Data.

Do attendees need an account?+

No. Buyers can check out as guests; we email tickets and QR codes. Optional accounts let them re-download tickets and follow organizers.
